FIELD: communication means.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to wireless connection technique and may be used for effective detection of cases of misinterpretation of acceptance acknowledgement messages as negative acceptance messages. Method and device define whether transmission was effectively accepted in the multi-access communication system. Therefore the first and the second coded data packages are accepted and decoded. Then the first and the second data packages are subject to repeated coding and correlation to define identity of the first and the second repeatedly coded data packages. Should correlation level be high, indicator of the acceptance acknowledgement is sent noting presence of high correlation level between the first and the second repeatedly coded data packages. Should correlation level be low, it is defined that previously transmitted indicator of acceptance acknowledgement was received correctly.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of messages reception.
