SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication; it can be used for transmission with data packet splitting. A data transmitter transmits a synchronization data sub-package on a fixed frequency synchronization channel, while the synchronization data sub-package contains activation information, using which a data receiver can determine, whether data transmitted through a set of data sub-packages is intended for the mentioned data receiver, and the synchronization frequency channel and frequency channels, on which the set of data sub-packages are transmitted according to a time-frequency switching pattern, are different.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility of receiving messages in a time-spread multiple access (TSMA) communication system with packet splitting by a single-channel receiver.
