FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to neurosurgery and can be used for exact projection representation of small parasagittal menengioma on head skin surface at thermovision navigation with further carrying out osteoplastic trepanation directly over it. Head skin is evenly cooled with volatile liquid in zone of supposed surgical intrusion. By means of computer thermovision camera temperature in said zone is registered and section of head skin with temperature value which exceeds surrounding surface temperature on 1.0°-1.5°C is registered, which corresponds to tumor location, marking of skin cut and trepanation window place is performed.
EFFECT: method ensures exact projecting of parasagittal meningioma.
