FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: crushing plate of jaw crusher includes flat back surface with deepenings and working surface with corrugations arranged in the form of longitudinally installed rectilinear parallel protrusions of blunted trapezoidal shape. Corrugations have radius coupling of inclined surfaces of neighboring protrusions in indents, extreme corrugations along plate width are arranged as more massive, and deepenings from the side of back surface are arranged under each corrugation as oval and broken, having triangular shape in cross section with rounded indents.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase wear resistance and service life of plate, to reduce probability of sudden failures, to improve manufacturability in process of casting and thermal treatment.
