SUBSTANCE: invention consists in the fact that requirement for enabling of confirmation key for each video coding position is realised as separately executable, and if required, to correlate this requirement only with coding operators having high frequencies of errors, since only for them there is an evident chance, due to repeated check and enabling of confirmation key, to eliminate coding error. At the same time, with established time gaps, frequency of errors and speed of video coding device reading are indentified, as well as current frequency of errors for each coding operator with enabling and without enabling of confirmation key is defined and stored in device of task distribution.

EFFECT: reduced costs for video coding at specified parametres of efficiency.
