FIELD: processing of mail items.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in detection of the graphic information located on a surface of mail items, determination of elements of this information, the address of the addressee and the details identifying the item of mail and/or its sender; their use for reference of the item of mail to corresponding type of delivery, determination of quantity of mail items of sent by the sender, linkage of separate elements of the information with each other so that to establish the delivery structure; comparison of the determined quantity and structure of delivery with a package of tasks for the delivery, including quantity of delivered items of mail and structure of delivery, creation of a package of tasks for the delivery, including quantity of delivered mail items and the delivery structure, comparison of a package of tasks for delivery with the data recording of the client including the sum of an advance payment of post services and limiting value of post payment, and depending on type of the item of mail the graphic information on separate items of mail transfer in a reading device, specialised for check of reliability of specific type of franking.
