SUBSTANCE: active aluminium hydroxide is produced by its sedimentation from alkaline aluminate solution, by filtering and by washing on filter from alkali by method of replacement with water or with washing solution alternating with blowing of sediment with air or steam. Washed active aluminium hydroxide is preliminary introduced into water or washing solution; concentration of active aluminium hydroxide is maintained at the level 50-150 g/l by solid substance. Solid phase of suspension fills cracks in the layer of sediment resulting in efficient washing by the method of mother solution replacement.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of washing liquid and total time of washing operations.
