FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of reinforced case of high pressure and can be implemented for fabrication of items of complex geometric shape with high coefficient of weight perfection, i.e. material of reinforced case should possess high strength and rigidity properties at low specific weight. Reinforced case consists of reinforced frame with a cylinder section, and end bottoms and flanges in their pole openings; the frame is formed by combination of groups of spiral and circular tapes oriented in spiral and circumference directions; tapes contain corresponding high modular unidirectional fibres tied with polymer binding coated with internal protective cover. High modular fibres are made out of copolymer 5(6)-amino2-benzimidasoleterepthalamide with n-aminoterepthalamide at their mole ratio from 80:20 to 70:30. Nominal linear density of fibre equals 58.8 tex. Binding on base of epoxydiane or epoxy resins of higher functionality and liquid hardeners, for example triethanolamynthianate, isomethyltherephtal anhydride are used as binding.
EFFECT: increased operational reliability of reinforced case of high pressure.
