FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed reinforced envelope is designed for creating articles excluding formation and accumulation of static electricity charges on outer surfaces. Proposed reinforced envelope has load-bearing skeleton with cylindrical section, end face bottoms and flanges in pole holes formed by combination of groups of layers of spiral and ring tapes orientated in spiral and circumferential directions and accommodating unidirectional high-modulus threads. Complex current-conducting threads are placed between strands of unidirectional high-modulus threads of spiral and ring tapes of finishing layer of reinforced envelope load-bearing skeleton. Current-conducting threads are made of poly-ε-caproamide fibers coated with continuous layer on base of fluorinated polyolefin and commercial carbon, mass ratio from 1:0.6 to 1:0.8. Mass ratio of complex current-conducting thread and high modulus threads in finishing layers of reinforced envelope load-bearing skeleton is form 1:7 to 1:10.
EFFECT: improved operation reliability of envelope.
