FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-strength polymer composite materials of structural purpose based on fibrous aramid fillers in the form of threads, bundles, fabrics and polymer binders, which can be used in various fields of engineering (machine building, shipbuilding, aerospace industry, etc.). Disclosed is a prepreg containing fibrous filler consisting of high-strength neutral threads with nominal linear density of 14.3; 29.4; 58.8 tex, adhesive polymer melt binder and polysulphone, in which high-strength neutral threads are obtained based on aramid fibers of Rusar-NT, synthesized using a monomer – chlorine-n-phenylenediamine, with the following ratio of components, wt %: fiber filler 62.1–80; adhesive polymer melt binder 16–29.9; polysulphone 4–8.0.
EFFECT: high elastic strength properties, low water absorption and ability to maintain operational properties under conditions of exposure of the thermo-moisture medium of the obtained material.
