FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to procedure of measurements and automation for highly accurate registration of parametres of process mediums flowing taking place in lines, in particular pipelines, in particular for registration of their hydrodynamic and/or rheological parametres. Combined system comprises the first part (1) made of for instance metal and the second part (2) passing at least partially through the first part (1) along imagined longitudinal axis (L) of combined system. Part (2), of at least partially convex external surface arranged in particular in the form of cylinder surface contacts with internal surface of part (1) with the possibility of at least partial enveloping of at least some areas of part (2) by part (1). At the same time active surfaces (1B, 2B) of combined system, created by surfaces of both parts contacting between each other, are molded so that both parts (1, 2) on zone of these active surfaces (1B, 2B), arranged in the form of closed peripheral surfaces, have partial contours (TK), created by means of grooves, flutes or channels passing in circular or helical manner along longitudinal axis. Partial contours (TK), at least partially penetrate each other with creation of geometric closure that acts at least partially also in direction of longitudinal axis (L). Further part (2) with its external surface contacts with internal surface of part (1) so that both parts (1, 2) are partially mechanically strongly connected to each other also with creation of friction closure acting at least partially in direction of longitudinal axis (L). As alternative or in addition to it, at least one of parts (1, 2), is at least partially durably exposed to elastic, in particular combined plastic-elastic deformations. Combined system differs by high resistance to extraction even in case of repeatedly occurring vibrations in one of parts (1, 2), and is therefore especially suitable for use in metering converter of vibration type.
EFFECT: improvement of combined systems suitable for use in metering converters of vibration type, in particular bimetallic ones, so that it is possible to increase their rated resistance to extraction without significant additional technological and/or structural costs, in particular also with preservation of advantages obtained due to elastic or combined plastically-elastic deformation of their parts; increased durable strength of such combined systems, in particular also notwithstanding appearing oscillations of ambient temperature and/or medium and thermally caused deformation of appropriate parts related to that.
