FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: design method of symmetrical shaping of an annular gap for a flow rate control consists in the fact that for elastic throttle elements available in the corresponding batch, and namely made in the form of O-rings there determined and stored in memory are averaged data on elastic properties for the corresponding batch. Considering values of elasticity and desired shape of flow characteristics from a data base, which are stored in memory, there chosen is a control circuit that corresponds to a certain type of equipment, which when combined with the corresponding batch of throttle elements implements the desired shape of flow characteristics of the flow control. Based on geometrical data of the chosen control circuit there determined is a tool required for use, and namely the corresponding casting mould under pressure or based on geometrical data available at the housing storage or parts of housings, which determine the annular gap, are prepared for furnishing with the corresponding batch of throttle elements.
EFFECT: improving reliability; excluding overregulation of the flow rate control.
