FIELD: ecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of complex environmental monitoring of region, divided into administrative-territorial formations, which include control objects. Method consists in the fact, that for collecting information measured are values of control objects characteristics by remote and contact methods and estimation of changing in time of environment quality indices is estimated. Before information collecting starts in center of processing and controlling data base is formed by characteristics of region environment and rules of formalisation of results of environment condition and its changing estimation. On control means formed are local data bases with permissible values of control objects characteristics and common rules of formalisation of results of their condition estimation. On each control means measured and permissible values of control objects characteristics are compared, facts of their correspondence and discrepancy to permissible values are recorded. Then results of comparison are formalised in form of standardized protocols, which contain graphical and tabular forms, reflecting recorded facts of correspondence and discrepancy of controlled characteristics values to their permissible values, value of time of protocol formation end, names, numbers and factual values of control objects characteristics, which do not correspond to permissible characteristics. Formed protocols are given by communication lines to centre of processing and control, where united protocol of estimation of region's environment is formed, for which purpose superposed are graphic forms and combined are tabular forms of protocols obtained by centre of control and processing, facts of presence and direction of changes of environment characteristics are recorded by graphic forms of previous and last of formed united protocols, and by tabular forms - factual values of characteristics and moments of time of end of forming protocols on means of control. Then time line is formed from recorded values and used in predicting changes of region's environment characteristics in time.

EFFECT: achieved technical result consists in increase of efficiency of correspondence of region's environment condition to set norms and its changes.
