SUBSTANCE: application is intended for instruction and training of naval radiolocator operators and devices of radiolocating information processing for actions on coast identification with sea map in process of ship sailing in most navigation-hazardous regions. Achieved technical result consists in higher validity of radiolocating reflections modeling from coast on screen of survey naval radiolocator relative to moving carrier vessel of this radiolocator. Substance of invention consists in the fact that stated device comprises control panel, memory unit, unit of map electronic library, unit of control of preliminary record about coast structure, unit of generation of relative coordinates of radiolocator carrier vessel, unit of generation of spatial separation of signals reflected from coast and analysis of radiolocating observability of coast elements, final generator of reflections from coast elements, unit of video signal generation, unit of reading and synchronisation, unit of analysis of coast reflecting ability and generator of random numbers, which are connected to each other in a certain manner.

EFFECT: device provides for modeling of radiolocating signals similar to signals at outlet of survey naval radiolocator, reflected from coast, internal noise of receiving device and synchronisation signals, under various conditions of radiolocating observability, with rate of radiolocator functioning and with account of carrier vessel motion, and also actual conditions of environment.
