FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a closed cooling system with no moving mechanical parts with low noise level of one or more heating elements. The cooling system contains a first heat receiving part, which can receive heat from at least one heating element, cooling fluid for absorbing heat through heating and evaporation, a bubble pump for formation of a stream of fluid in the system, where the bubble pump lies below the stream of the first heat receiving part and moves cooling fluid to a radiator, which radiates heat to the surrounding medium from the cooling fluid in liquid form, and a condenser for condensing evaporated cooling fluid and radiating heat of condensation.

EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of cooling heating elements.
