SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electronic device, in which fuel element is used at least as one source of power supply, and to method of its control. According to invention, unit of fuel element comprises unit of electric power generation, intended for output of electric energy produced by means of chemical reaction between fuel gas and oxidant gas, blowing device intended for blowing of electric energy generation unit, and unit of blower control intended for generation of command for blowing into blowing device. Electronic device comprises detection unit intended for detection of power consumption, mode of operation or controlled mode of electronic device operation, and unit of generation of permit for blowing, intended for making decision on whether it is required for unit of blowing control to generate command for performance of blowing, which is made based on output signal from detection unit, and for supply of this decision result into unit of blowing control.
EFFECT: higher output voltage of fuel element.
