SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an apparatus, a method and a system for managing files with secured personal data. An apparatus for storing and managing personal and secured data and documentation files associated with a specific user, comprising a plurality of biometric sensors; at least one vital parameter detector; a first storage device for storing said files; an authentication unit comprising a second storage device for storing a pre-recorded set of personal biological biometric identification parameters; a processor in communication with said plurality of biometric sensors, said first storage device and said authentication unit; wherein access to said files stored in said first storage device is only enabled after said authentication unit positively matches each of the plurality of personal biological biometric identification parameters of the user with the apparatus with the pre-recorded set of personal biological identification parameters stored in said second storage device; and wherein, whenever any of said vital parameter detectors detects a critical level vital parameters of the user, the apparatus is configured to prevent access to said files stored in said first storage device.
EFFECT: providing safe and secured access to personal data, storage thereof and management thereof.
