SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of data networks. Substance of invention consists in the fact that requests are received for resources related to subscription packet, and it is defined whether selected resources are available or not to satisfy requests for resources related to packet of subscription. Then the first part of services related to subscription packet is eliminated, if it is defined that selected resources do not satisfy requests for resources related to packet of subscription, and subscription is carried out for reception of the second part of services related to packet of subscription, besides requests for the resources of the second part of services are satisfied with selected resources.
EFFECT: prevention of subscription for service of multimedia delivery for devices that do not have available resources for provision of these services.
