FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for treatment of patients with Dupuytren's contracture of hand fingers. Pathologically changed palmar aponeurosis strands on affected finger are dissected. From additional cut in transverse direction in region of distal palm fold unchanged I order strands on palm going to fingers are dissected.
EFFECT: method prevents disease progressing.
