FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopaedics, also can find application in treating Dupuytren's contracture. Substance of the method consists in the fact that longitudinal, transversal and vertical filaments of palmar plate are completely removed from an S-incision of skin. Finger bundles are excised from separate sections within digital joints. A skin wound is closed at a palm base. The transversal wounds of the palm and fingers are filled with the non-traumatic biocoating BIATRAUM or a catgut filament on the 3 postoperative day. An orthosis is applied on the hand. A laser therapy is applied from the first postoperative day. The postoperative transversal wounds of the palm and fingers are treated with 72 % laundry soap.
EFFECT: invention provides recovered hand function, reduced tissue injures and prevented recurrence of the disease.
