FIELD: medicine; orthopedy and traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: make two-level cross-section dissection of skin and palmar aponeurosis to subgaleal space. The first - in average part of the palm for all width of aponeurosis with elimination of contracture flexion by extension of the incurvated fingers to the possible angle. The second cut, in parallel the first, make in a distal part for width of a palm with crossing reborn strands at the further elimination of contracture of fingers in metacarpophalangeal joints. Bridge cross-sections and dissect the reborn aponeurosis strands on a palm using an additional slanting cut. Spend longitudinal section from distal cross-section on a palm to an average phalanx on an average line of the finger which is in the maximum flexion contracture. Making a figured cut for width of a finger, dissect the reborn strands on them. Dermal wounds are taken in moving of dermal flaps.
EFFECT: restoration of function of brush, decrease of possible traumatic effects, reduction of terms of treatment.
