SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to otolaryngology and can be used in reconstructive-sanitising otosurgery in case of chronic middle ear diseases for covering of tympanic membrane perforation and restoration or improvement of hearing. Essence of method consists in placement and fixation of neotympanic transplant by means of biological composition "Collahit". Full fixation of whole transplant is carried out. For this purpose said composition is made of transplant form with sizes exceeding transplant sizes on 5-7 mm, and placed on the whole transplant. Application of claimed invention allows to accelerate processes of neotympanic tympanic membrane transplant engraftment, stimulating regenerative processes manifesting themselves in acceleration of granular tissue growth, edge and island epithelisation; favourable conditions for epithelial cells migration, growing of microcapillaries and scarless healing of tympanic membrane are created.

EFFECT: while using claimed composition restoration of tympanic membrane occurs in shorter terms with full clinic and functional result.
