FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otolaryngology, and can be applied in surgical treatment of patients with chronic otitis media with subtotal and total perforation of tympanic membrane. Method includes refreshing edges of tympanic membrane perforation, tympanotomy with revision, sanitation of middle ear cavities and ossiculoplasty, and myringoplasty with further tamponade of external auditorty meatus at the final stage of operation. Myringoplasty is performed with autocartilage plate, which is laid on malleus handle. Applied plate is larger in size than size of tympanic membrane perforation and obligatorily reaches anterior wall of tympanic cavity. In addition, support autocarilagineus plate is installed under anterior edge of neotympanic membrane, being pressed to anterior and internal walls of tympanic cavity, from lower wall downward to the area of auditory tube orifice at the top. After that, autoperichondrium is laid above neomembrane autocartilage plate, with complete closure of perforation. Meatotympanic flap is laid above autoperichondrium at the natural level.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to reconstruct tympanic membrane and hearing, ensure prevention of development of iatrogenic cholesteatoma in postoperative period, is aimed at improvement of conditions of neotympanic membrane engraftment and preservation of natural angle between it and anterior wall of external auditory meatus.
