FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing deepithelialization of perforation opening boundary after carrying out acoustic meatus skin anesthesia. Algipore transplant is placed on the wet wound surface of the tympanic membrane. Dry areas of the tympanic membrane are wetted with physiological salt solution to provide full connection of the perforation boundary and transplant. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved hearing function.
