FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to installation for continuous cast of one wide or two work pieces two times narrower; installation consists of at least one distributing ladle, of crystalliser resting on facility of reciprocal motion, and of unit of work piece drawing located behind facility of reciprocal motion. By choice one or two crystallisers are arranged in the head part of the installation, also crystallisers can be replaced; further, the installation is equipped with one or two mechanisms of reciprocal motion and with two units for work piece drawing, also with two drive mechanisms for separate and synchronous drive of reciprocal motion mechanisms and units of work piece drawing.
EFFECT: control over individual requirements of each cast work piece; possibility to proceed with trouble-free casting of one work piece in case of problems with another.
