FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to traffic safety engineering facilities in railway transport, namely to equipment of switching and interlocks, which provides for matching of outlet signals of microcontrollers with actuators that actuate devices that provide for control of trains traffic. Safe circuit "2AND" includes the second safe converter of pulse sequence into DC voltage of negative polarity. In two safe converters of pulse sequence, pulses X1 and X2 are converted into negative DC voltages, afterwards these voltages are summed up. Further produced voltage - 2U is modulated with the help of unsafe inquiry signal "TEST", and as a result, a safe outlet signal Y=X1 & X2 will be available at the circuit outlet.
EFFECT: simplicity of 2AND circuit and possibility to use it in systems of railway automatics and telemechanics with fulfillment of proper safety requirements.
