FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: device for diagnostics of diesel engine comprises foundation of test bench, on which tested fuel injection pump assembly (FIPA), nozzles, metering cylinders, fuel distributor, upper and lower fuel tanks, makeup pump of test bench, fuel filter, manometre damper, manometre, fuel cylinder, through which high pressure fuel lines are passing (HPFL). Fuel cylinder is connected to high pressure fuel accumulator and to damper of fuel hydraulic oscillations in cylinder. On shaft of tested FIPA there is a disk installed with permanent magnet fixed on it to control opening of fuel hydraulic oscillations damper slide and with permanent magnet of upper dead point (UDP) marker in the first cylinder. Electric circuit of fuel pressure variation registering in HPFL comprises detector of fuel pressure, which is installed in fuel cylinder and is connected by switch and electric circuits to amplifier of current through analog-digital converter (ADC), port and computer. Computer is connected to display. Electric circuit of UDP marker in the first cylinder comprises electric coil installed on FIPA body and connected through electric circuit to electric block. Electric circuit of control of slide that communicates fuel cylinder with damper of fuel hydraulic oscillations consists of electric oil, fixed on FIPA body, DC amplifier and electric coil of slide that communicates fuel cylinder to damper of hydraulic oscillations of fuel, which are connected to each other by means of electric circuit. Device additionally contains DC voltmetre, which is connected parallel to accumulator battery of vehicle and amperemetre with current detector installed on wire, which connects plus terminal of accumulator battery to starter and embracing it with its clamps fixed on test bench foundation.
EFFECT: increased number of diagnosed diesel engine system parametres.
