SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of transport vehicle (TV) safety provision, namely to technology of video surveillance and video registration, and also to their control in case of 24-hour mode of operation. In process of TV motion or its stop (parking) with operating power set, they carry out permanent switching of power and/or signal circuits of video surveillance system from circuits of TV supply. In case of stop (parking) of TV with de-energised power set and in mode of security, switching of power and/or signal circuits of video surveillance system is carried out from circuits of TV supply periodically at earlier specified time interval as signals arrive from security sensors of TV or from devices of radio range signals reception/transfer. System of video surveillance and video registration installed on TV and comprising at least one video camera and at least one unit of video registrar, is added with command unit, timer, switching unit, security sensors, unit of information on connection of power set or charging of accumulator batteries of TV supply circuit, devices for reception and/or transfer of signals and/or data.

EFFECT: provision of durable time of video surveillance and video registration systems operation in autonomous mode (mode of parking or security) in case of their supply from accumulator battery of TV, and also low power consumption of video surveillance and video registration systems in case of their operation in autonomous mode (mode of parking or security).
