FIELD: electric engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering and may be used for production of large electric coils. Semi-automatic system for production of large induction electric coils includes table for production of coils, on which they work by means of hingedly joined head, which pulls required pressure at each turn of coil with the help of accessory that pulls and feeds wire. Control is realised by programmable unit of remote control, into which appropriate commands are introduced, which specify characteristics of coils that must be produced. Invention considerably reduces production cycle due to elimination of manual work, for instance in control of size of coils and their pressing, and, accordingly, provides for higher accuracy of produced coil size.
EFFECT: higher quality due to control of wire tension without risk of its stretching.
