FIELD: means of communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to two-way communication device which uses drum membrane vibrations caused by the user's voice. Two-way communication device consists of an analogue signal processor containing a transducer intended for receiving the input signal and for producing the transmission signal, a digital signal processor for measuring performance characteristics of analogue signal processor, and for using the measured performance characteristics for filtering the input echo signal out of the transmission signal; at that, digital signal processor consists of a filter gain computer that forms filter gains modelling the measured performance characteristics of analogue signal processor.
EFFECT: performing echo suppression at two-way communication while using one transducer both for receiving and transmitting the voice.
