Disclosed audio processing method includes calculating the estimated residual echo power based on the long-term echo cancellation value indicated by the estimated power gain profile, wherein the estimated power gain profile is based on the reference signal and the residual echo signal. Echo cancellation of the residual echo can then be performed based on the estimated residual echo power. Also disclosed is a computer-readable medium and a device for implementing the method.
