SUBSTANCE: invention refers to wireless communication and namely to the system and the method, which contribute to dynamic scheduling of frequency settings to be re-used with user's devices. Overall scheduling parametre can be evaluated by determining "rightness" parametre for each user's device in wireless communication zone, overall parametre of peak desirability of the channel for each user's device and the channel delay desirability parametre for each user's device. Overall scheduling parametre can be the function of "rightness" parametre and of one or more parametres among the following: overall parametre of peak desirability of the channel and channel delay desirability parametre. Frequency setting can be awarded to the user's device with the highest overall scheduling parametre value for this cycle of dynamic scheduling.
EFFECT: reducing inter-cellular interferences by evaluating overall scheduling parametre for each user's device in wireless communication zone.
