STABILISED COMPOSITION OF IVERMECTIN FODDER PREMIX WITH INCREASED STORAGE TERM AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURING Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A01N25/00 A23K1/00 A23K1/17

Abstract RU 2370953 C2

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stabilised fodder premix or composition analogous to fodder, which has increased storage term conditioned by reduction of products of active ingredient degradation due to control of amount of stabiliser already present in composition. Fodder premix includes: a) from 0.04 to 5 % (wt/wt) of at least one avermectin or milbemicin; b) pharmaceutically acceptable excipient including: i) from 5 to 15% (wt/wt) of SAS selected from group consisting of polyoxyl-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 of corn glyceride, PEG-60 of almond oil, PEG-40 of palm seed oil and PEG-60 of corn oil; ii) from 5 to 25% (wt/wt) of wax selected from group consisting of distilled monoglycerides, glyceryl tribehenate, glyceryl trimyristate and hydrogenated coconut glycerides; iii) from 0.1 to 2% (wt/wt) of antioxidant selected from group consisting of butylated hydroxyanisole, butylated hydroxy toluol, ascorbic acid, sodium methyl bisulfite, propyl gallate, sodium thiosulfate, propylene glycol, citric acid, water-free citric acid and their mixture; iv) from 60 to 80% (wt/wt) of pharmaceutically acceptable carrier selected from group consisting of finely crushed corncobs, corn flour, citrus flour, fermentation remnants, crushed oyster shells, bran of wheat of coarse grinding, soluble components of molasses, grinded nutrient beans, soy-bean flour, crushed limestone and dry grains; c) from 0.3 to 1.5% (wt/wt) of additional quantity of pharmaceutically acceptable acidic stabiliser in amount efficient for reduction of acid- or base-catalised degradation of at least one avermectin or milbemicin, and d) optionally, efficient amount of at least one compound, regulating insect growth. Invention also relates to method of increasing term of storage of stabilised premix or analogous to fodder composition.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase premix storage terms by reducing or preventing active ingredient degradation.
