FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely urology, can be used in surgical treatment of cryptorchidism. Scrotum skin is dissected. A testicle bed and spermatic cord is formed that is followed by suturing. Said section is made from base to fundus of scrotum. In the wound angles, central fat is dull separated in testicle size. And at the base, fat is separated to inguinal canal, while at fundus of scrotum to the testicle bed. Then the testicle is brought down to the bed. Dartos muscle is sutured with thereby forming the testicle bed and a canal for spermatic cord. Skin is sutured.
EFFECT: method allows for physiological arranged testicle and spermatic cord, stable fixation of testicle in scrotum with minimum operational trauma, provides the visual control of formation of testicle bed and the canal for spermatic cord.
