FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric surgery. Method includes opening of inguinal canal, isolation of vaginal process, its ligation and transaction below ligation, mobilisation of spermatic cord elements to internal inguinal ring, bringing down testis and its fixation to scrotum. Cut is made parallel to inguinal fold on the line between projections of external and internal inguinal rings. Ligation of vaginal process is carried out in area of internal inguinal ring, isolation and mobilisation of spermatic cord is realised on length, which ensures bringing down testis. Spermatic cord is taken out of cut together with distal segment of vaginal process. Cut of the latter is sewn with absorbable material. After checking possibility of bringing down testis to scrotum bottom without tension, bed in scrotum is formed by mobilisation of dartos muscle. Up to 3 ml of 0.9% NaCl are introduced under scrotum skin, after that mobilised dartos muscle is brought out into wound. It is transected, testis is brought down through this cut into cavity, formed by held near wound edges of dartos muscle cut. Opening in dartos muscle is sutured with fixation of respective section of vaginal process to dartos muscle with absorbable ligatures.

EFFECT: method prevents postoperative complications.
