FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to orthopaedics and can be used in hip replacement. It involves anterolateral approach to a joint herewith mobilising gluteus medius muscle and muscle that strains fascia lata. A capsule is dissected crosswise with forming superior internal, inferior internal, inferior external, superior external capsular flaps. The superior external flap is sutured to the superior internal one. The formed suturing is closed with the inferior external flap thereby forming duplication and covering the flap with gluteus medius muscle mobilised in approach and muscle that strains fascia lata.
