FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery and can be applied for wound closure following hip joint surgeries. There are used two allografts of stored dura mater of brain. The first allograft is anchored along an external surface of hip to muscles after myoplastic closure of the hip joint cavity. The second allograft is fixed over autofascioplasty.
EFFECT: method allows reducing risk of necroses and haemorrhages.
