FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Front-side access to joint is performed with mobilisation of gluteus medius muscle and muscle, which stretches wide fascia of hip. Capsule is cut crosswise with formation of upper-internal, lower-internal, lower-external, upper-external capsular flaps. Upper-external flap is sutured with upper-internal and close obtained suture with lower-external flap, creating suture duplication and covering it with iliopsoas muscle and mobilised at moment of access gluteus medius muscle.
EFFECT: method insures prevention of periprosthetic hematoma formation and favours possibility of early patients' rehabilitation, improves patients' life quality.
