FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and can be applied in medical rehabilitation after brain stroke It involves combined exposure to two physical factors over 2 hour interval. First comes bitemporal exposure to high-frequency electric field of 27.12 MHz in apyretic/oligothermal dosage of 15-20 to 20-30 W power and duration of 7 minutes and longer, at constant duration increase for each following procedure by 2 minutes till it reaches 15 minutes. Then orbital retromastoid exposure is implemented by impulse current of electric sleep with impulse frequency of 10 Hz during 0.5 ms, 2-10 mA current, exposure duration of 15 minutes with gradual duration increase by 5 minutes for each following procedure till it reaches 45 minutes. Course of 12 procedures for each factor is performed.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rehabilitation of damaged neuroendocrinal and vegetative system function, activation of adaptation systems due to combined effect of high-frequency electric field and impulse currents of electric sleep.
