FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agricultural production and may be used for postharvest treatment of grain and production of concentrated fodders for livestock sector. Method includes cleaning from admixtures, separation of grain material into three fractions with winnower: seed grain, forage fraction that consists of large and fine-sized and frail grains and cleaned after fractioning with air flow from light admixtures, and wastes, flattening of produced forage fraction with rolling mill and cleaning from metal-magnet admixtures, preservation with liquid preservatives and separation of grain material. Fractioning of grain material is done on air-grid winnower, comprising pneumatic system that consists of diametral fan, the first and second pneumatic-separation channels with feeding devices, settling chambers with devices for withdrawal of separated admixtures, dust catcher and control gate valves, and grid portion made of upper and lower two-level sieve boots installed with the possibility to make harmonic oscillating motions, with devices of sieve cleaning, and diverging trays fixed in end part of sieve levels. In trays of lower level of sieves in upper sieve boot and upper and lower levels of sieves in lower sieve boot there are rotary gate valves to diverge grain fractions, when they are installed into position "closed", into the second pneumatic-separating channel of pneumatic system. When rotary gate valve of lower level trays in sieves of upper sieve boot and lower level of sieves in lower sieve boot is set in position "closed" and rotary gate valve of upper level tray in sieves of lower sieve boot - into position "opened", to clean light admixtures with air flow, tailings from lower level of upper sieve boot sieves are sent into second pneumatic-separation channel together with tailings from lower level of sieves in lower sieve boot. Flattening is carried out at roller mill, which is equipped with rotary magnetic roller for removal of magnetic admixtures, installed between feed hopper and main upper roll, and reflecting plate installed between magnetic roll and main roll.

EFFECT: improved quality of grain material cleaning and efficiency of technological process.
