FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of machine building, in particular to devices for needle milling. Device comprises body of needle cutter in the form of disk with cutting elements installed at the end along periphery in the form of nap bundles. Nap bundles are made of V-shaped bent metal wires, which are rigidly fixed on plate with one end. Nap bundles are installed in holes of body with their convex part to periphery and at the angle to longitudinal axis of body with provision of contact between nap bundles with cam disk. Cam disk is fixed relative to body and has protrusions and indents at internal surface and embraces needle cutter with the possibility to straighten cantilever part of nap bundle as it approaches protrusion of cam disk. Cantilever part of nap bundle contacts with support installed in central part of body working end.
EFFECT: technological resources are expanded, efficiency is increased and costs are reduced.
