FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of machine building, in particular to devices for finishing-strengthening processing of incomplete spherical surfaces of parts. Device comprises individual drive with spindle and deforming tool installed on it. Deforming tool comprises body in the form of hub with radial slots and deforming elements, every of which is installed at least on two flat plate springs in radial slots of body. Deforming elements are arranged in the form of plates with concave working surface reverse to processed spherical surface. Working surface of deforming elements is arranged as interrupted with protrusions and indents. Protrusions of previous deforming element are installed in staggered order opposite to indents of the following one, and protrusions close the indents. Length of protrusions is more than length of indents. Protrusions are located symmetrically relative to plane passing through centre of processed spherical surface and perpendicular to axis of tool rotation.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, increased efficiency and reduced costs.
