SUBSTANCE: installation includes installed on vehicle stationary platform, pivotally connected to bearing frame, allowing the ability of rotation in vertical plane, passing through axis of vehicle, and tower shaft with movable carriage and rigidly fixed on it rotary actuator, movable carriage is implemented at least with three reference systems, placed in parallel planes relative to each other, and consisting each of two pairs of rollers, bearing surfaces of which are implemented by toroidal curve, located in the same plane and autonomic mounted on its axis, which are rigidly connected to movable carriage, and box-type tower shafts are implemented in the form of equilateral, butts of which are rigidly connected to side surfaces of tower shafts.
EFFECT: increasing endurance of elements of movable carriage, providing its displacement by tower shaft, at high enough stability and strength of tower shaft.
