FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: gate of wedge valve with self-aligned seats comprises body, cover, rigid wedge and cylindrical seats that interact with it and are self-aligned with gap in body bore by means of stops. Seats are sealed with ring relative to body. Ring is made of elastomer material, for instance polyurethane. Stops are made in the form of bending tabs. At least one of tabs is placed in deepening arranged in groove. Stops may be made in the form of screws.

EFFECT: preservation of locking unit serviceability in process of valve operation at high parameters with a simultaneous increase of repairability extent.
