FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: radio signal device of mud flow (RSDF), located in mud channel (MC), includes mud flow sensor (MFS) and signal-transmitting device (STD) with switch and power supply. Additionally MFS is installed on coastal slope (CS) of MC at height of the most maximal height of mud billow and is implemented in the form of sound-perceiving apparatus (SPA), connected to switcher STD and resonant for sound perception of continuously-growing (CG) stationary noise (SN) in MC with level exceeding maximal level of background SN in examined cross-section of MC. It is provided implementation of STD in the form of radio transmitter, and also supply of MFS by device for transmitting of video image. It is provided also tuning of SPA to level of CG SN at 70-80 dB and more for duration of SN for 1-2 minutes. Furthermore, MFS can be installed in top ridge part of CS of examined cross-section of MC, and also is implemented as vandalic-resistant.
EFFECT: reliability growth of work of radio signal device of mud flow ensured by exclusion of direct impingement attack of mud mass for mud sensor and perception by the latter of continuously-growing stationary noise of mud flow, and also ability of installation of mud sensor in any cross-section of mud flow channel and earlier notification of downstream objects about descent of mud.
