At that, one recording layer of the above disc for storing the control information includes at least the first information block and the second information block, which are meant for recording rate and recording layer. At that, the above first information block includes record strategy parametres intended for the first type of record strategy, which is used for the above recording rate and recording layer, and the above second information block includes record strategy parametres for the second type of record strategy, which is different from the above first type of record strategy.
EFFECT: providing the copying process with high recording rate of optic discs of high density and providing mutual compatibility.
