FIELD: communication facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention is provided for joint operation to satellite customer terminal of moving satellite communication at arrangement of simplex operation of engineman to consumers of railway telephone network. At absence of satellite communication channel between engineman and train dispatcher it is used satellite communication channel of engineman with telephonist for the following connection of him to train dispatcher desk or station duty officer through wire circuit of interurban telephone communication of railroad for ability of negotiation to each other.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability and quality of connection.
