System includes installed on each station A, N terminal 1 VSAT fixed satellite communication, station inter-gateway 2, switch 3, panel 14 of duty officer and managers of corresponding services, telephone sets 15 of operational-technological and general technological communication and radio station 16 of train radio communication, server 17, transceiving module 28 of mobile satellite communication system; traffic control center 7 (TCC), including switch 8, primary multiplexers 9, 10, modular media gateways 11, 12, call processing server 13, analogue branches 21 of dispatcher links, transceiving module 29 of mobile satellite communication system, switching station 22, dispatcher panels 23; central earth station 4 of fixed satellite communication with satellite communication station 19, internetwork gateway 5 and primary multiplexer 6; arranged on locomotive radio station 31; network 20 for data transfer of operational-technological purpose (NAT-OTP), network (24) of operational and technological communication (OTC), network 25 of general technological communication (GTC), network 26 of repair-operative radio communication GSM (RORC-GSM), transceivers 27 of portable equipment for distillation radio communication (DRC).
