SUBSTANCE: system of mobile communication in railway transport comprises basic stations on each station of dispatcher section, which are connected by primary digital channel E1 to controller of basic stations, connected via transcoder to centre of mobile communication switching, which is connected to service unit of services support, to register of position, to register of functional addressing and to gateway E1/Ethernet, which is connected to network with switching of dispatcher system packets, basic stations via radio communication channels are connected to locomotive radio stations, server of dispatcher system is connected to network of dispatcher system packets switching, to which, via commutator, there is a personal computer connected with sensor screen and interphone of dispatcher control panel, to server of dispatcher system there are the following components connected: service unit of services support, register of functional addressing, shift register and position register.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of connections establishment in system of mobile communication in railway transport.
