SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in surgery. Said device for distraction building of wound skin defects comprises two fragments of Kirschner's wires, a threaded bar and nuts from Ilizarov's apparatus. Each fragment of the wires is figured bent and provided with an open ring and two cone-shaped legs with a divergent horizontal part. The angle between the open ring and the legs and between the legs and their horizontal part varies in a range 100 to 120 degrees.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced time and cost of treatment of the patients with wound skin defects.
